parsing glitches

• Save changes grinds to a halt if you forget the closing double-‘ (I was actually attempting to bolden several lines of text without marking each line, but it seems that’s not possible). For example adding a couple more X’s to the first line of the following starts slowing down when attempting to save changes… add a few more and it grinds to a halt: mark using IE 6 on XP
  • This is either a problem with the existing parser itself or more likely the complicated regular expressions it uses for bold… I was able to eliminate the slowdown by using a simpler regex for bold, but then “she’s” and simliar contractions break… a new parser may resolve this in the near future… for now try really hard to remember to close things. Josh
